Project Timelines: All project timelines will be clearly outlined in the contract. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Payments:

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract.
Client Responsibilities:

Material Selections: Clients are responsible for approving material selections. Any changes after approval may result in additional costs and delays.

By Client: Clients may terminate the contract by providing written notice. Refunds for incomplete work will be handled as per the contract terms.
By Company: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with the agreed terms, including payment obligations.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
