A second floor of the two storey building of a self owned property at Yelachenahalli, Bangalore was gifted to my wife by her father in the year 2014. Post retirement, I shifted to this house in the year 2009 with my family. The floor consisted of two flats of 2 BHK which was converted to a single flat with 4 bed rooms, a kitchen and two halls. Both the halls were combined by providing a 4 feet opening in the bifurcating wall for the two flats.
